I realized something recently Reader “Private coaching session” can sound a little vague. So let me make it more concrete. When you book an hour with me you don’t have to show up with a five-year plan. You don’t need a perfectly articulated goal. And you definitely don’t need to impress me. You might start with: “I don’t know if this is even something you can help me with, but…” And then we go from there. Maybe you’re trying to make a decision. Maybe you’re questioning something you’ve been doing for years. Maybe you’re overwhelmed and can’t figure out why. Maybe you keep repeating a pattern you thought you had already outgrown. Maybe you’re successful but increasingly unhappy with the way you’re experiencing that success. Maybe something in your life has changed and you’re not sure who you’re becoming on the other side of it. Or maybe you simply know: “Something needs to change.” We don’t have to solve your entire life in 60 minutes, we most likely won't, and that's okay. Here's something you might find surprising... that’s not the point. The point is to create enough space to slow down, get curious, notice what’s really going on, and see what you couldn’t see while you were in the middle of it. Sometimes you leave with a decision. Sometimes with a next step. Sometimes with a completely different question. And sometimes the biggest relief is simply realizing: “Oh. THAT’S what I’ve actually been dealing with.” That’s coaching to me. And that’s what I’m offering right now: 60 minutes of private coaching for $55 If there’s something you’d like to talk through, I’d love to sit with you. There are some things we're generally remarkably good at doing alone. Paying bills. Showing up to work. Taking care of everybody else. Making the appointment. Handling the problem. Keeping things moving. And then there are the things we can spend months trying to figure out by ourselves. Should I stay or go? Is this really what I want? Why do I keep doing this? What happens next? Am I making the right decision? Why am I so tired when nothing is technically wrong? And sometimes we don’t even...
Let's say we had an hour together Reader, What would you talk about? Maybe you've been wondering if you're actually happy with the life you've created. Maybe work has changed and you're trying to figure out what comes next. Maybe you're exhausted from carrying something that nobody else seems to understand. Maybe there's a decision you've been avoiding. Maybe you're successful—but you're tired of being successful this way. Maybe you keep saying, “I know what I need to do,” and then somehow...
I've been quiet Reader, Like… really quiet. I haven't sent you an email in almost eight months, and I haven't published a podcast either. And no, I didn't run out of things to say. I needed to spent a lot of time paying attention to what was happening in my own life, mending fractured beliefs, and in the spaces where I work with people. A lot has changed. And honestly? I didn't want to keep showing up simply because the internet says we're supposed to keep showing up. I wanted to say...
