Why I believe I am who I am

The other day my our family was driving down to Orange Beach for the weekend. I heard a lyric by Nas that said “Believe who you are, even the Sun doesn’t know it’s a Star” It made me think about how for DECADES I would dismiss & downplay when others saw me and my purpose in the world as a healing, and transformational. In mind I was “just….”. When I began really getting to know myself intentionally, for my self through a variety of spiritual and science backed modalities that’s when thoughts of who I Am solidified into my knowing who I am. I documented that entire process and designed my self awareness program that clients say taught them how to overcome internal and external sabotage so they navigate all life’s unexpected twists more confidently with less stress.
