Hey Reader, There’s a certain image that comes to mind when people hear the term Strategic Partner. PowerPoints, planning calls, and a hands-off kind of leadership. That’s not me. When I partner with a mission-led entrepreneur or organization, I bring my full self, head, heart, and healthy hustle. That means stepping up wherever I’m needed…even if that looks like traveling out of state, training staff, stocking product, or hopping behind the counter to make espresso so the founder can engage with key stakeholders. And yes, all of that happened at a recent open house for Be Well Market & Café—an incredible social enterprise in St. Louis, MO I’ve had the honor of supporting as their Strategic Partner. 🎉 I’m sharing this because I want you to know something: I don’t just believe in your vision—I show up for it. Whether I’m creating operational clarity or filling in gaps during crunch time, I bring both the strategy and the sleeves-rolled-up support that helps things move forward. I don’t share every behind-the-scenes story from my work, but this felt like a moment worth highlighting. Because this is what it looks like when I'm truly invested. Sincerely, Sonja
