Happy Friday Reader The last week and a half has been BUSY for me and that's putting it lightly. Has your life been a little more "complicated" and you feel like something has. to. give? Here's how you can thrive in one of life's busy season's: Streamline your daily routines. Fewer decisions mean less stress. Here's how I'm doing it: Even though, I keep things pretty flex in my day to day life, I won't lie, this season of child football, middle school math, home remodeling ideas, and saying yes to contributing as an expert in an upcoming Life Hacking event has me going a mile a minute. The more you have going on in your life, the more logistics need managing, and that creates more decisions than normal. Since I know that, That means right now, while all this is going on, my daily routine is reduced to necessary actions only and no new ideas or events, until something is removed. What do you think? Has this helped you in some way? If so, send me a reply to this email or drop me an audio here: https://www.speakpipe.com/harmony Sincerely, Sonja |
